Here are our music lesson policies. Please do not hesitate to contact us with comments or questions.

Signup Fee: A one-time, $25 signup fee per student is due when this contract is signed.

Lesson Fee: The student agrees to pay $35 per lesson, multiplied by the number of lesson days in the month. The payment for the entire month is due by the first lesson of the month. If payment is not made by the start of the 2nd lesson, the instructor may not provide the lesson and a late fee may apply. The instructor will provide a 30 minute lesson on the day and time of the scheduled lesson unless the instructor agrees to alter the schedule.

Term: This contract renews it self on a monthly basis.

Cancellations: If the instructor cancels a lesson, the student will receive a lesson credit or a make-up lesson. If the instructor fails to notify the student of a cancellation, and the student arrives at the store for the lesson, a free lesson credit will be given to the student. Please note that each student purchases a reserved lesson time. If a student has to miss a lesson there will not be a credit or make-up lesson given for non-attendance on that day without the instructor’s prior approval.

Lesson Time: Lesson should begin on the hour and half-hour, give or take 5 minutes.

Holidays: Firehouse Guitars & Music will closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Labor Day, July Forth, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. Check with your instructor regarding lessons on the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years eve. The student is not charged for lessons on days and times the store is closed.
