Meet the Music Teachers
Rick Dixon
Guitar, Bass
Tuesday, Wednesday 3-8pm
Mr. Dixon is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He began playing at age 13 and his only job throughout his life has been playing and performing music. He has been teaching guitar and bass at Firehouse for 10 years and still is an active performer.
Rick’s tenure includes 6 years in Los Angeles working with members of Ike and Tina Turner band and Debbie Holland of Animal Logic. He also worked with John Butcher. Currently he works with Butch Evans and performs with Butch and the Buckheads and all over the city of Atlanta.
